DFW Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness program for women serving the Southlake, Colleyville, Keller, Grapevine, and Trophy Club areas, making your health and fitness adventure, convenient and cost effective. DFW Adventure Boot Camp offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. We make getting fit, fun and energizing, with activities designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. You will be inspired and motivated by the synergy of other like minded women looking for a different type of challenge. What you can expect from DFW Adventure Boot Camp:
One hour a day for 4 weeks
Or 3 day option for 4 weeks
Monday through Friday 5:30am - 6:30am or 9:15am-10:15 or 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Dynamic instruction from a Certified Adventure Boot Camp Fitness Trainer
