What is DFW Adventure Boot Camp?
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic and creative workout led by one of our Certified Adventure Fitness Trainers.  

What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we will meet?
The DFW Adventure Boot Camp in Southlake meets at CARROLL HIGH SCHOOL (directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation). See the Southlake calendar page for more information. The Colleyville location meets at COLLEYVILLE MIDDLE SCHOOL(directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation). See the Colleyville calendar page for more information. The Keller location meets behind Keller Town Hall Building (directions will be provided at your pre-evaluation). See the Keller calendar page for more information.

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday. Or if you choose the 3 or 4 day program, you pick the days you want to attend. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts at 5:30 am, 9:15 am, or 7:00 pm, depending upon the location of the camp (See Calendar for details).

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat thicker than a yoga mat, small hand weights (3, 5 or 8 lbs - we will decide which one is best for you during our pre-evaluation), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase hand weights and a mat at any retailer, such as Wal-Mart, Target, or Academy. 

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned. You will gain more confidence, while making a dramatic improvement in your physical well being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches, gain strength and have more energy, while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body. You'll also receive a FREE nutrition seminar and t-shirt.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will feel awesome and, if you work out in the morning, you'll be finished before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
Your investment for a four week, 3 day per week camp is only $199, 4 day per week camp is $249, and 5 day per week camp is $299. It averages out to just $14.95 per hour for 5 days a week! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services. This is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.

Other options:
If you choose the 5 day camp and have to miss your regular class time, you can make it up by attending one of our other camps, or if you choose the 3 or 4 day camp, you may choose and change the days you come. We offer this flexibility in order for you to reach your goals and keep your commitment to yourself and the other ladies in camp! 

Note: The best results occur when you enroll in the 5-day per week program. We are now accepting pre-registration for the next camp. When we receive your registration, one of our certified adventure fitness trainers will call you to set up a time to meet with you for your45 minute private pre-evaluation.
